Design and build of an existing victorian building to create 9 self contained apartments and two commercial units.

The project located adjacent to the Thames Link Network Rail consisted of the demolition of existing building whilst retaining both party walls at a height of 18 metres. New steel frame construction envelope and fit out works including high end fixtures and fittings and new passenger lift.

Our unique design also allows the provision of a future two storey extension and the ability to convert the 9 apartments into 18 studios.
